Why we built Sellermove.
Deciding to sell your home is one of the most significant decisions you will make. Yet the process of finding the right estate agent, someone who knows your area, your street, and your market - is still surprisingly unclear for most people.
Most homeowners start with a rough online estimate, then either search through Google or end up on a comparison site that passes their details to multiple agents at once. The result is often a wave of calls from agents they did not choose, in a process that can feel rushed and hard to control.
We think sellers deserve a more considered starting point.
Sellermove was built to create a clearer route into the market - connecting homeowners with suitable local estate agents through a controlled introduction process, handled carefully from the beginning.
Who it helps.
We believe every home is different.
Online valuation tools have become widely used and they can serve as a rough guide. But they work from sold price databases and postcode averages. They do not know that your loft was converted last year, that the garden is larger than most on the street, or that local demand has shifted in recent months.
Only a local estate agent who visits your property can give you a valuation that reflects all of that.
Sellermove exists to bridge that gap. To help homeowners who are seriously considering selling get in front of a suitable local agent, without the noise and without the rush.
How it works.
Sellermove is an introduction platform.
We connect homeowners with suitable local estate agents. We are not an estate agent, and we do not carry out valuations, manage property sales, or provide property advice.
Our role is to make the right introduction, at the right time, in the right way. Valuations are provided by the estate agents and property professionals you are introduced too.
Using Sellermove is free for homeowners. There is no obligation to sell your home or instruct any agent as a result of using the platform.
Why it is different.
Sellermove is not a one-shot introduction service. If the first agent you are introduced to does not feel like the right fit for your property or selling situation, you can return to Sellermove and request another suitable local agent. You do not have to start the whole search again yourself.
Sellermove will identify the next suitable agent covering your area and route a new introduction through the same controlled process.
The goal is simple: help you find the right agent for your property. Not just the first available one.

Sellermove is operated by Keygage & Morston Limited. We are registered with the Property Redress Scheme (membership number PRS055491) and take our responsibilities to homeowners and estate agents seriously.
We take data protection seriously and handle seller information carefully - used only for the requested introduction process.
